	Spiritual Successor

	Remember reality is subjective not objective. In our society we have been culturally programmed from birth that one person is to hold all the power, that respect is given to position, the images of a lower age. The old images of a "better", "haves" and "haves nots", the "chosen few", the "specials ones". Watch as the Daya Dynasty hones in on our cultural programming. [See The Daya Dynasty] Clearly the role the Daya Dynasty has chosen for the organization (SRF) has not been one of historian or caretaker of Yogananda’s works. [See Writings & Forgery] and just plain management, one of equality (What one failed to choose is as important as what they do choose.) Rather, they have chosen to use the organization (SRF), to confer on themselves the position of being Yogananda's representative, channel and spokes persons through the distortion of the position of the presidency. [See False Dictate] The following is the 2nd example of this process in action.
	If we assume, that Daya Mata was appointed by Yogananda as President, the chosen one, and that the presidency was intended to be the channel of Yogananda, that God has favorites - based on the assumption of separateness, (which is in opposition to what Yogananda taught) then we will not see any ego at play in this scenario. Things will appear very normal, status quo for us. (WARNING - If this is what one chooses to believe, and if one feels comfortable with it, then honor that. My suggestion would then be that one not read any further. What one will find challenged are not what is, but one’s perception of what is. Being that reality is nothing but our perception of it, the question will be, what do we choose to perceive?) "Everything is One, but when that One differentiates itself into many, it has many forms and many names." Paramhansa Yogananda If on the other hand, we assume Yogananda did not appoint Daya Mata as President. That Daya Mata is not "the chosen one", a "special favorite" to God and Guru as she would lead us to believe. That the presidency was never intended to be the channel or representative of Yogananda. That God truly has no favorites - based on the assumption of unity - there is only one of us (which is what Yogananda taught), then you will begin to see the play of power and of ego. The Daya Dynasty is playing to and perpetuating the old images of the Kali age. [See The Daya Dynasty] They have failed to rise above it. The following is the one of many examples of this process in action. It is also the documenting of that election and the issue that the presidency was never intended to be a channel or a successor of Yogananda.
	Thom Hartmann - "I believe this illustrates the difference between spirituality and religion. From my experience, religion is about the rules and regulations, systems and hierarchies, the order of succession and the perpetuation of the religious institution. Ultimately, it's about power." What I consider the gravity of the matter to be is that by establishing the presidency as something it was not intended to be, and given the unempowered comfort zone that most people enjoy, the Daya Dynasty has set up a mechanism to perpetuate this untruth to the coming generations. It plays to the perpetuation of the old ways of the Kali Age. [See The Daya Dynasty] Yogananda - "Those who have come to Self-Realization fellowship truly seeking inward spiritual help shall receive what they seek from God. Whether they come while I am in the body, or afterward, the power of God through the link of the SRF Gurus shall flow into the devotees just the same and shall be the cause of their salvation" Yogananda - "He who seeks help will receive it from God or the Line of Gurus." No mention of the Organization, President, Monks or Nuns. No Spiritual successor. Yogananda goes on to state that when he is gone the Lessons will be the Guru. No Spiritual successor. Yogananda also states that he will be the last in the line of SRF Guru's. No Spiritual successor.
	. SRF Publishes – Self-Realization Magazine May-June 1952 Rajasi ("king of the saints") Janakananda ("the bliss of Janak") was chosen by Yoganandaji himself to be his successor as president of SRF-YSS." Please note that in the above statement the successor is to the presidency NOT, I repeat, NOT a spiritual successor or spiritual head, as the Daya Dynasty would have us believe. SRF Publishes – Self-Realization Magazine May-June 1952 "It is Rajasi’s wish, and the wish also of all members, that the SRF teachings and Paramhansa Yogananda remain forever the Guru of the organization. Students who practice the yoga teachings and the rules of right living as expounded by Master in his books and writings will be able, without dependence on the personalities of the SRF leaders, to reach the divine shores of illumination. Yoganandaji is their Guru still, watching over them beyond any shadow of doubt, and filled with joy at each step of progress they make along the spiritual path." All this (above) is published prior to The Daya Dynasty. The tone slowly changes after The Daya Dynasty takes hold. Below is taken well into The Daya Dynasty. [Further Manipulation]
	Pictorial History of Self-Realization Fellowship 1970 "The Reverend Mother Daya Mata succeeded Rajarsi Janakananda to the SRF-YSS presidency in 1955, and is the present spiritual head representing the SRF-YSS Gurus" [This is implying quite a bit more than just a president] In the speech "The Guru Messenger of Truth" given by Mrinalini Mata she states that Yogananda states "…she or he who hold that position as president would be my channel and representative" It makes one wonder what master the Daya Dynasty studied under. Yogananda never endorsed the channeling of anyone. He never channeled his Guru or any of the others in the Line of Gurus. Nor did him imply such a thing. Why would he break that principle now?
	SRF clearly seems to think that Yogananda needs a spiritual representative. To say that Yogananda needs a spiritual representative is to imply on some level that Yogananda is not a living Guru. Krishna doesn’t need a spiritual representative. Christ doesn’t need a spiritual representative. Buddha doesn’t need a spiritual representative. Sir Yukteswar doesn’t need a spiritual representative. Lahiri doesn’t need a spiritual representative. Why does SRF believe Yogananda to be so needy? The only level Yogananda would need some kind of representation, is to run his organization and protect the writing and the works. Clearly Yogananda said that when he was gone the Lesson, not the organization and not any other person, would be the Guru. So by protecting the writings and keeping them pure and running the organization, that's all the Guru needs. Yogananda needs bodies here on earth to do that. Let’s not make the position more than it is. To imply that someone is Yogananda’s channel would be exclusive right to Yogananda. God has no favorites and there are no exclusive right to truth. Yogananda taught that there is only one of us. The concept of favoritism is founded in the concept of separatism, which has never been expounded by enlightened souls. To say that your relationship to the Master is the only true relationship is arrogant and totally disrespectful of the Master and the Master’s relation to others. This sounds like someone trying to mimic the Pope or the president of the Mormon church, images of the Kali Age. We forget that Yogananda was a direct disciple too. He loves and reveres his Guru. He did not feel the need to mimic him or go around speaking on his behalf. Yogananda did not succeed Sri Yukteswar. Nor did Yogananda speak for Sri Yukteswar. Sri Yukteswar never pretended to speak for Lahiri. Lahiri did not speak for Babaji. These were Master who had the "Mantel" No great artist or sole ever spoke for another. They were great because they did their own thing. Enlightenment in not succeedable. Enlightenment is an individual thing not passed from one to another. Causes and principle are passed down. Only followers trying to be Masters seem to feel the need to speak for or represent the Masters. "A true Master is not the one with the most students, but one who creates the most Masters"
	Daya Mata is the head representing the SRF-YSS organization. Daya Mata does not represent the Gurus. No one holds a corner on the Gurus. The Gurus do not need anyone to represent them. Daya Mata can only represent her learning and her version of what her reality is and has been for herself. No one can represent another, only themselves. Each and every one of us can only relate the truth of their own lives. Trying to do that for someone else is to miss the whole point of self-realization. The position of presidency that SRF put forward by the Daya Dynasty is very similar to the Mormons president and the Pope. These people are appointed for life and are the anointed oracles or representative of the Master of the church. This is clearly a lower age concept. In the higher ages they did not have churches. There were no world class organization. There only existed God, Guru and Student. Being that these teachings are to be for now and the higher ages, the position of president as it is, does not seem to fit. Individual rise above the ages, but organization tend to belong to the age. There is still a lot of Kali hanging around yet. Someone could only succeed to the position of Presidency. Only another Guru can succeed a previous Guru as a spiritual successor. Anything less than a Guru by definition can not be a spiritual successor. (Successor must be equal or they are not successors) Yogananda made it clear that he would be the last in the line of Guru.
	Current Update - Daya Mata is no longer functioning as a President. She is only a figure head. She has not been physically or mentally capable of running SRF for many years now. Others run SRF. The practical thing to do would be to allow those who are really running to take office so that they might be acknowledged and then can be held accountable and responsible for their actions. Unfortunately SRF has chosen not to do that. One would think that if one is self-realized and unattached from this life, it would be a joy to step away from the presidency and go into mediation and seclusion towards the end of one life. That does not seem to be the case here. To me, it is just as dishonest, phony, and deceptive to accept credit for the work that one has not done (Not giving acknowledgment to the ones running SRF) as it is not to take credit and responsibility for one's work and actions when things go wrong. It makes one wonders where the Dynasty got their values?
	"Conversations with God and uncommon dialogue" by Neale Walsch To whom does God communicate? Are there special people? Are there special times? All people are special, and all moments are golden. There is no person and there is no time one more special than another. Many people choose to believe that God communicates in special ways and only with special people. This removes the mass of the people from the responsibility for hearing My message, much less receiving it (which is another matter), and allows them to take someone else's word for everything. You don't have to listen to Me, for you've already decided that others have heard from Me on every subject, and you have them to listen to. By listening to what other people think they heard Me say, you don't have to think at all. This is the biggest reason for most people turning from My messages on a personal level. If you acknowledge that you are receiving My messages directly, then you are responsible for interpreting them. It is far safer and much easier to accept the interpretation of others (even others who have lived 2,000 years ago) than seek to interpret the message you may very well be receiving in this moment now. Yet I invite you to a new form of communication with God. A two-way communication. In truth, it is you who have invited Me. For I have come to you, in this form, right now, in answer to your call." "...So go ahead now. Ask Me anything. Anything. I will contrive to bring you the answer. The whole universe will I use to do this. So be on the lookout;.. Watch Listen. The words to the next song you hear. The information in the next article you read. The story line of the next movie you watch. The chance utterance of the next person you meet. Or the whisper of the next river, the next ocean, the next breeze that caresses your ear - all these devices are Mine; all these avenues are open to Me. I will speak to you if you will listen. I will come to you if you will invite Me. I will show you then that I have always been there.
