| along with those wanting, tasting thoughts you might | | | | your life is a huge energetic shift for most of us. |

| likely unconscious negativity. Most of us put out | | | | watch for working. You add the small details - I don't |
| negativity toward ourselves and then do a lot of | | | | want to remind you of some little thing that doesn't |
| back stepping and justifying to hide it from ourselves. | | | | work! I'm not saying there aren't any! |
| Imagine the power in thinking only of your success! | | | | When other students in my first meditation class |
| Daily, nightly how wonderful you are, what a great | | | | would complain about watching the breath - it's |
| job you did today, last week. How you were able to | | | | boring, I can't do it, I feel like I'm choking - my |
| pull yourself together and really apply yourself. How | | | | teacher would smile and say, " If you can't handle the |
